OMAHA, Neb., September 20, 2007 -- KeyOn Communications Holdings, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: KYCS), a leading provider of wireless broadband, including WiMAX, and voice-over-Internet Protocol (VoIP) services in secondary and rural markets, will announce its second quarter financial results after the market closes on Monday, September 24, 2007. The company's management intends to host an earnings conference call at 2:00 p.m. PT on the same day.

The call is being webcast and can be accessed at KeyOn Communication's web site at www.keyon.com. The webcast will be available for 90 days. (OTC Bulletin Board: KYCS - News), a leading provider of wireless broadband and voice-over-Internet Protocol (VoIP) services in small to midsized and rural markets, announced today that its shares commenced trading on the OTC Bulletin Board under the symbol "KYCS" and it closed on approximately $2.2 million of equity financing through the sale of common stock and warrants. The proceeds of this financing will be used for debt repayment, acquisitions and general working capital.

KeyOn received notice in the Las Vegas Review Journal today for its announced license agreement with Fairpoint Communications. The agreement will license KeyOn's 802.11b wireless high-speed internet network technology to Fairpoint, which operates numerous regional telephone companies throughout the United States. The deal will allow Fairpoint to provide its customers with high-speed internet service without the inherently high costs associated with DSL or fiber networks.
