KeyOn Communications currently has an opening for an Operation, Administrative Support Specialist. This individual will primarily be responsible for providing administrative support for the Customer Solutions Center Technical and Sales staff.
Responsibilities:
Data Entry of sales contract informationScanning and Faxing of documentsCalling customers regarding shut-off noticesCompleting reports in Excel formatOther duties as assignedQualifications:
- Minimum two years Administrative experience
- Two year Associate degree (preferred)
- Familiar with all Microsoft Office programs, including Excel
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Self-starter
- Minimum typing speed 40 wpm
